PFF App
Project Overview
The PFF App was designed to better engage football fans during peak weekend moments, specifically Sundays before NFL kickoff, by delivering a simplified, mobile-first experience tailored for quick decision-making from the couch.
Problem
PFF’s web mobile experience mirrored the complexity of the heavy data tables desktop platform, making it difficult for users to quickly access the right tools and insights during high-intent moments, especially on Sundays before NFL kickoff when speed, clarity, and personalization matter most.
Goal
The goal was to distill PFF’s depth of analysis into an intuitive, focused app experience that helps users set fantasy lineups, access expert insights for betting, and follow their favorite teams and players without the complexity of the full web platform.
Outcome
By prioritizing only the tools and information users need in high-intent moments, the app emphasizes speed, personalization, and clarity, creating a streamlined companion experience that complements, rather than replicates, the desktop product. The App increased weekly engagement by 56% by delivering a faster, more focused mobile experience tailored to high-intent NFL weekend usage.
