Single Page Checkout
Project Overview
The Single Page Checkout project redesigned PFF’s subscription experience from a fragmented, multi-step flow into a single, streamlined checkout. The work focused on reducing friction at the most critical point of the user journey by simplifying the flow, clarifying pricing and plan value, and helping users move from intent to purchase with greater confidence.
Problem
PFF’s original subscription flow required users to navigate a complex, multi-step path with unclear pricing and plan details, resulting in significant drop-off throughout the conversion funnel and lost revenue at the point of purchase.
Goal
Redesign the subscription checkout into a frictionless, single-page experience that reduces cognitive load, increases transparency around pricing and product offerings, and enables users to subscribe quickly and confidently.
Outcome
The redesigned single-page checkout significantly reduced friction in the subscription flow and improved clarity at the point of purchase, contributing to an 18% year-over-year increase in paid subscriber revenue. Simplifying the flow and clearly communicating plan value helped reduce drop-off and improved overall conversion performance.
